Job description
In your new role you will be responsible for:
- Development and implementation of data-driven pricing models enhancing Infineon’s pricing capabilities to foster value-orientation as well as reaction to market trends based on empirical and statistical methods
- Systematic and autonomous preparation and processing of data within the pricing environment across product areas, sales channels and business types to enable informed pricing decisions
- Autonomous creation of standardized reporting, simulations and analytic solutions to provide meaningful pricing insights
- Drive data-based recommendation of actionable measures with the target to optimize pricing under specific market conditions as well as to increase efficiency within the pricing community and across corporate function
- Supporting and driving pricing project initiatives including preparation and facilitation of workshops, alignment of different stakeholder requirements and creation of buy-in
- Analysis and optimization of pricing-related processes by applying “process mining” methods and tools in close collaboration with IT
- Preparation of communication material and training facilitation to ensure that relevant stakeholders are well-informed and equipped to make pricing-related decisions that align with Infineon’s pricing framework
Your Profile

Last but not least you have a driver mentality and act proactively with creative solution and strong communication skills.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A relevant completed study e.g., economics, business administration, industrial/ electrical/ computer engineering, mathematics/ statistics/ data analytics, PhD is a plus
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in an international environment corporate or consulting, preferably in a role related to pricing, data analytics or sales / marketing strategy
- Advanced project management skills : collection of requirement profile, scoping of projects, project roll-out and implementation
- Understanding of pricing concepts, methodologies and processes
- Advanced Excel skills, practical experience in data analysis and simulation, programming (e.g., VBA, R, Python) as well as data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Broad domain knowledge (Pricing), advanced experience in empirical analytics , advanced data processing, programming as well as machine learning know how are a plus
- Good communication skills and the capability to align different stakeholder perspectives and requirements
- Excellent proficiency in English spoken and written, ideally also German language skills
