Dein Standort
Du arbeitest zwischen Wattenmeer und Unterweser, geprägt durch landschaftliche Idylle und kilometerweiter Sicht bis zum Horizont. Für Großstadtfeeling sind Bremerhaven, Bremen und Oldenburg im pendelbaren Umkreis.
Du unterstützt unsere HR Business Partner, Recruiter und HR Advisor unter anderem in den folgenden Bereichen:
Recruiting, z.B. bei der Organisation und Vorbereitung von Bewerbertagen und Auswahlverfahren
Operativen Aufgaben wie z.B. Erstellung von Änderungsanzeigen
Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter
Bearbeitung von Anträgen und Mitteilungen
Support bei Projektarbeit und Sonderthemen
Was Du dafür mitbringst
Immatrikulation in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang wie Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Freundliches und aufgeschlossenes Auftreten
Freude am Erlernen neuer Tools
