Product owner of digital knowledge platform (f/m/x) page is loaded
Your Role
As a product owner you will take end-to-end responsibility for the development and scaling of our digital knowledge platform in ZEISS IQS Service. Based on user needs and strategic priorities, you will define and coordinate the successful implementation of the product within a team of service experts.
You will also:
Help > 1.000 users, to make their life easier: enable them to search, find and share knowledge within the global service organization
Help to boost service productivity and reduce costs
Provide vision and direction to the project team and stakeholders
lead a project team of service experts, editors, content experts, IT, developers and external partners and take over responsibility for the implementation of the roadmap and specific milestones
Work in close collaboration with users to understand needs and define requirements and do customer and market research for further develop our knowledge platform
Coordinate the product backlogs; ensure that the team always has an adequate number of prepared tasks to work on and remove impediments, where necessary
Work with different internal and external stakeholders e.g., top management, service managers, service technicians and external stakeholders like partners and customers and facility communication between stakeholders
Your Profile
University degree, preferably in natural sciences, engineering, informatics or business
Base to mid-level understanding of modern software technology stacks
Working experience as Product Owner or Scaling Manager for digital products
Being able to derive solutions from customer pain points - comfortable with the unknown and able to adapt in short cycles
Strong communication skills
Strong goal and result orientation with hands-on mentality
Preferably experience with knowledge platforms
Preferably experience in working in international, cross-functional teams
Preferably experience working with Microsoft Suite and Azure DevOps
Fluency in English and German
