Als Quality Assurance Manager TN Deutschland tragen Sie zu unserem Ziel bei, indem Sie als Schlüsselexperte und Impulsgeber die Qualität der Prozesse und Produkte im Einklang mit den Anforderungen aller unserer Kunden, Behörden und Zertifizierungsstellen am Standort Burgheim verbessern.

Was wir verlangen?

Als unser QA-Manager sind Sie eigenverantwortlich für die Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des operativen Qualitätsmanagements. Sie leiten nationale und/oder internationale (Änderungs-)Projekte, die sich auf andere Teams und/oder Abteilungen auswirken. Außerdem sind Sie in der Lage, Qualitätsmanagementsysteme und Richtlinien für Deutschland zu formulieren und zu optimieren, die sich auf mehrere Abteilungen und Gruppen auswirken und eine intensive Zusammenarbeit und Integration mit ihnen erfordern. Wir suchen jemanden, der Verantwortung übernimmt, unsere internen sowie externen Auditierungen begleitet und engagiert im Konzernverbund als auch im Krisenteam mitarbeitet. Jemanden, der das große Ganze im Auge behält, die Verantwortung an die richtigen Leute verteilt und die richtigen Prioritäten setzt. Selbstverständlich verfügen Sie über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.

Was Sie mitbringen:

• Akademischer Abschluss, vorzugsweise in Lebens-/Futtermitteltechnologie, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon 3 bis 5 Jahre in einer vergleichbaren oder relevanten Position in der Lebens-/Futtermittelindustrie
• Kenntnisse der Zertifizierungssysteme, einschließlich FSSC22000 und GMP+ international
• Methodische Kompetenz z.B. zielorientiertes Handeln, fachliche Problemlösungskompetenz
• Persönliche Qualitäten wie Übernahme von Verantwortung, strategisches Denken und Überzeugungskraft
• Soziale Kompetenz wie Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke

As Quality Assurance Manager TN Germany, you will contribute to our goal by acting as a key expert and driving force to improve the quality of processes and products in line with the requirements of all our customers, authorities, and certification bodies at the Burgheim location.

What do we ask for?

As our QA manager, you are responsible for the control and continuous development of operational quality management. You lead national and/or international (change) projects that impact other teams and/or departments. You will also be able to formulate and optimize quality management systems and policies for Germany that impact multiple departments and groups and require intensive collaboration and integration with them. We are looking for someone who will take responsibility, accompany our internal and external audits and work committedly within the group and in the crisis team. Someone who keeps an eye on the big picture, distributes responsibility to the right people and sets the right priorities. Of course, you have good communication skills in German and English.

What you bring:

• Academic degree, preferably in food/feed technology, or comparable training
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3 to 5 years in a comparable or relevant position in the food/feed industry
• Knowledge of certification systems including FSSC22000 and GMP+ international
• Methodological competence, e.g. goal-oriented action, technical problem-solving competence
• Personal qualities such as taking responsibility, strategic thinking and persuasiveness
• Social skills such as the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
