Responsiblities:
- Enabling reporting and steering mechanisms in close alignment with business function in EIS
- Guiding the business in our European markets through the planning and forecasting process as well as providing planning reports and analysis to the business and relevant stakeholders
- Creating regular management reports which are ready to be presented to the top management incl. the corresponding analysis and commenting.
- Interaction with the regional finance/operative business counterparts and coverage of controlling related matters from an end2end point of view
- Analyzing and highlighting of risks and opportunities and proactive communication to the key stakeholders
- Project related work, covering investment approvals and M&A activities
- Continuously strengthen the knowledge on internal processes and system landscape in order to improve and digitalize existing finance processes in EIS
Qualifications:
- Educational background in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or similar
- Multiple years of professional experience in Business Controlling and Partnering as well as basic knowledge in Accounting
- Proven experience in developing controlling reports and tools, defining new requirements and implementing them
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical skills to deliver excellent data-driven performance
- Distinct analytical mindset, ability to work with big datasets as well as strong focus on providing fact-based insights
- Service-oriented work approach creating a productive atmosphere which also allows challenging of the counterpart
- Ability to build strong relationship with the operative business in order to drive the business jointly
- Continuous improvement mindset, looking for best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Teamplayer with a high degree of reliability & integrity
