Sie sind die erste Kontaktperson im Unternehmen für alle Lean-Themen und Verbesserungs-Projekte
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Ausführung, Nachverfolgung und Übernahme von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen und Ergebnissen
Sie wirken aktiv im Freudenberg Medical Lean Team mit
Ihr Profil arrow_right
Sie haben Ihr ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium oder einen vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang erfolgreich abgeschlossen
Sie bringen mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung bei der Implementierung von Lean im Produktionsumfeld (ASQ, TPS, Danaher, SME o.ä.) mit
Erfahrung aus der Automobilindustrie und/oder Medizintechnik wäre von Vorteil
Sie haben eine Six-Sigma Qualifikation als Green Belt oder Black Belt
Sie bringen gute Kenntnisse im KVP (Kaizen, VA/VE, 3P, 5s and SMED) mit
Moderation, Präsentation und Kommunikation sind Ihre Stärken
Sehr gutes analytisches Verständnis sowie eine ergebnisorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus
Sie haben Durchsetzungsvermögen, sind diplomatisch und ein Teamplayer
Sie haben erste Erfahrungen im Change Management
Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
