In this role, you will help to drive the Data Sciencepractice and play a critical role in helping advance theapplication of advanced data analytics and machine learning as acore building block for our market offerings. Assist in the projectdelivery for machine learning work, focusing on how the customerexperience and understanding can be improved to help our clients'business growth ultimately. Further, you will partner withindividuals in various divisions, industries and geographies toensure that increasingly more solutions we bring to the market aredata and insight-driven while helping identify new businessopportunities and account growth. Your Impact • Core areas of focusfor our Data Science & Analytics group include CustomerAnalytics (segmentation, behaviour analysis, personalization,recommender systems, forecasting) leveraging 1st party, 3rd partyand various kinds of external data • Analyses of large data setsand applied insights to help create personalized customerexperiences across multiple sectors in digital environments •You'll consult with clients to define business problems and adviseon how to apply data analytics, business intelligence and machinelearning to solve them • You'll identify new opportunities withinthe Data Science & Analytics space and build analyticssolutions hands-on • You'll have a strong focus on customeranalytics, diving deep into 1st and 3rd party data to measure,analyze and activate digital customer behaviour • You'll buildcomprehensive dashboards for business users and management levelsto generate data-driven insights for their businesses • You'llemploy advanced analytics and statistical methods to prepare andanalyze data for (predictive) modelling, from prototypes toproduction (advanced segmentation, hyper-personalization,recommenders etc.) with a focus on but not limited to customer data(also vehicle data, product data, POS data etc.) • You'll help usestablish standards in statistical analysis, machine learning, anddata visualization to ensure consistency across projects and teams,as well as prepare reports and presentations for relevantstakeholders (client side & internal) Set Yourself Apart With •Experience in data-driven marketing, campaign development,measurement, and optimization, Martech, CDP etc • Understanding ofdata (management) platforms (CDP, CRM, DMP, Big Data Lakes, Cloud)and tools (ETL, Processing, marketing automation etc.) • Experiencein production environments for Machine Learning products incl.,knowledge of the tools that a needed for model deployment andlifecycle management in ML engineering (Docker, Kubernetes) •Technical knowledge of web/app tracking solutions (e.g.Adobe/Google Analytics), data visualization tools (Tableau &Power BI) • Knowledge of software engineering principles &deployment methods (preferably in cloud environments) • Industryexperience in the Automotive, Healthcare, Logistics, FinancialServices or Energy & Commodities sector • Fluent in German(verbal and written, business environment, complex concepts) andEnglish Benefits of working here • We work with cutting-edgetechnology, which has always been part of our DNA and we want ouremployees to define what technologies our clients use next • Weprovide many learning opportunities to deepen your skillset andsupport your professional growth • We offer numerous discounts ontravel, cultural and leisure activities • We put the well-being ofour people first and organize various health initiatives • We offeryou a vibrant workplace culture with many different communityevents throughout the year Company Description Publicis Sapient isa digital transformation partner helping established organizationsget digitally enabled, both in the way they work and how they servetheir customers.
