Job Description: We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing & Digital manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and digital campaigns, analyzing market trends, and generating innovative ideas to promote our products & services, increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing and digital strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales – B2B and B2C.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Communications / PR or related field
• Proven experience in marketing and digital, preferably in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - German and English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation
• Computer skills: MS Office, Teams
• Driving licence:B
