Summary
For the Area "Optronic Visual Systems" we are looking for a "Project Manager in the Naval Sector (f/m/d)" at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible. The Area "Optronic Visual Systems" is responsible for optronic systems that are used worldwide.Your Tasks
Project management of complex optronic systems in the maritime environment
Collaboration on offers, contract negotiations with customers and partners
Coordination of all supplies and services specified in the contracts
Monitoring of costs, milestones, deadlines and target achievement during execution (internally as well as with customers)
Management of conflicts and problems as well as leadership and supervision of the project team
Assuming coordination tasks to external stakeholders to meet offset requirements
Supporting other projects in their execution
Preparation of regular reports and coordination of reviews externally as well as internally according to processes and specifications as well as performing risk management
Willingness to travel internationally is a prerequisite
Your Profile
Completed Master of Science/Diploma in Engineering or comparable degree
PMI or similar certification advantageous
Professional experience in the field of activity as a project manager in the maritime sector, preferably military technology in the international field
Experience in leading project teams
Competence in dealing with international customers
Technical enthusiasm, strategic thinking and analytical understanding
Assertiveness, emotional intelligence, ability to work in a team, leadership skills as well as decision-making, conflict management and negotiation skills
Very good German and English skills, another foreign language advantageous
