We are offering a Sr Account & Ad Operations position in our German team, to build the global contextual advertising leader.

YOUR CHALLENGE
- Working as an extension of the sales towards the client, by understanding their needs and looking for the best way to work together, creating strong relationships and happy clients
- Coordinating with the design team to develop all the creative projects on time according to client requirements
- Setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns with different KPIs.
- Creating programmatic deals and advising traders on the best way to succeed with delivery and KPIs
- Supporting with creative proposals and presentations, fully customized with the clients needs
- Sharing weekly and monthly reports to clients and other departments involved in the process of a campaign
- Participating on upselling strategies while highlighting optimisations made and results achieved in our campaigns
- Ensuring a smooth invoicing process by collecting all the information and sharing it with our finance team on time
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF
- Have more than 2 year of experience as a trader or ad-trafficker in media agencies, DSPs, SSPs, publishers, or any related area
- Have interacted directly with clients, agencies or partners, providing great service and ensuring fluent communication
- Have worked with international brands or big clients that require tight deadlines and clear processes
- Have experience with platforms like Xandr, Display & Video 360, Adform, SmartRTB+, Amazon DSP…
- Have knowledge of programmatic campaigns and PMPs creation
- Have experience with reporting tools (Ad Servers, Google Analytics, Turnillo, Redash, MODE, etc)
- Are data-centered and are used to work and process data with Excel / spreadsheets, or other data tools, using formulas and dynamic tables
- Are German native speaker and English bilingual
- Feel comfortable on dynamic environments, with flexible structures and project-oriented solutions
