Your responsibilities

Overall responsibility for managing the Sysmex business with appointed international lab chains

Act as first contact person for their headquarters

Together with the Senior Management and EMEA KAM Lead negotiate and coordinate the (EMEA-wide) contracts

Expand the current partnerships with assigned lab chains by introducing all our business fields and/or by seeking for full coverage of their labs

Guarantee transparency and good communication internally and externally

Continuously monitor the performance of the lab chains and take actions if necessary

Evaluate outcomes and take fitting measures integrating the voice of customer

Support the Senior Management and the local managing directors including their local key account managers in all kinds of lab chain related topics

Collaborate with EMEA Sales & Business Management team in reporting quarterly the lab chain performances to the Senior Management

Regular exchange and alignment of strategies within EMEA KAM Team

Monitor and evaluate general market trends, followed by appropriate measures

Your profile

A good negotiator, highly sales driven, excellent communication skills

Excellent command of written and spoken English, and German or French

At least 5 years of professional experience in laboratory-related business, sales, marketing, or product management

Degree in business administration or equivalent

Highly developed capacity of analytical and structured thinking

Ability to think outside the box and see the bigger picture

Willingness to travel

Good knowledge of Sysmex products is an advantage
