Job description
As a Project Manager*, you will join our experienced team and be responsible for implementation, rollout and upgrade projects for our Field Service Management solution in an exciting international customer environment from the upper midmarket and corporate sector. Your responsibilities will include planning, control and prioritization as well as change management. Achieving the project goals in terms of time, cost and quality as well as meeting customer expectations and their business requirements is your daily incentive.

- Supporting the presales process in analyzing requirements, designing solutions and creating business cases
- Collaboration with the specialist departments in defining and estimating the necessary work packages
- Estimating and determining resource requirements, costs and other budget requirements
- Carrying out all relevant aspects of project management
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and contractual delivery of the agreed products and solutions
- Ensuring effective cooperation between all departments involved
- Monitoring of project key figures and regular reporting on progress, status and any problems that arise
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers
THIS IS YOU
- (Experienced) Professional with at least 5 years of professional experience in the management of customer projects in a complex and international environment.
- Degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or comparable qualification
- Experience in working with contacts from middle and senior management
- Extensive experience with classic and agile project management methods
- Confident communication in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
- Good moderation, presentation, negotiation and conflict management skills
- You have good analytical and conceptual skills and are characterized by a systematic way of working.
- Knowledge of service management and ITIL is desirable.
- The ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and assertiveness round off your profile.
