Job description
Your role will primarily involve the development of mortar formulations for chemical fastening applications based upon cementitious binders. As a member of our Technology Chemistry team, you will assume accountability for generating innovative ideas, shaping project directions and pursuing projects, creating and overseeing experimental designs, planning tests, interpreting the results, and addressing scalability up to pilot plant level. You will be integrated into our matrix organization, ensuring transparent and effective communication with various internal departments, management, suppliers, and external partners.
