(Senior) Communications Advisor (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
Are you ready for a challenge within internal communication with local and global reach? You will be a member of the Raffinerie Heide organisation, however you will be part of our global communications team that operates across the Klesch Group.
- Acting as Senior Communications Lead (m/f/x), ensuring key communication processes such as change communication, strategic and leadership communication.
- Effectively using internal communication channels and planning meetings and events to support strategy deployment and leadership communication.
- Responsible for crafting and improving our communication across various internal platforms, all while effectively interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for the conception, coordination and implementation of a consistent, targeted and engaging messaging aligned with the outreach strategy of Heide and the Klesch Group.
- Assist on incoming media requests and advise top management and wider business on external presence
- Act as the communication project manager (m/f/x) on projects locally and across the Klesch Group.
- Assist on communications related to emergency or crisis management situations.
Your qualification and skills:
- Hold an academic degree within communications or in a closely related field
- Have a minimum of five years of experience from a similar role
- Possess expertise in advising leaders on communication matters
- Demonstrate project management experience, including delivering communication strategies and plans
- Proven experience within change communication and a good understanding of how to work with a complex internal stakeholder landscape with different organisational needs
- Have solid networking and collaboration skills across all levels of the organisation
- Experience with PowerPoint, Canva, Sway, Premiere Pro and InDesign is a plus
- Fluent skills in both written and spoken English and German
- As a person you are a team player (m/f/x) and have an eye for details. You are confident in your communication toolbox and thrive when crafting engaging and targeted messages. You possess a strategic mindset, and you have the ability to transform translate strategic priorities into tangible content
