Head of IT (m/f/d)
Ökoring Handels GmbH is the regional organic wholesaler for Bavaria, parts of Austria and South Tyrol. Our full range consists of high-quality organic food, natural cosmetics, detergents and cleaning products, as well as hygiene articles. For over 30 years, we have been supplying organic food retailers, farm stores, manufacturing companies, subscription and organic boxes, canteens, hotels, restaurants, schools, kindergartens and social and church institutions. We are a medium-sized, community-oriented company with around 150 employees and look forward to meeting YOU!
Your tasks:
- Technical management of IT
- Strategic further development of the IT infrastructure
- Coordination and control of external IT service providers
- Management of IT future projects
- Interface between IT, management and service providers
- Contact person for all technical questions from customers, suppliers, service providers and employees
- Responsibility for ensuring stable IT operations by making decisions on measures and their implementation as well as escalation if necessary
- Monitoring of operational processes (service operation) and constant review with regard to improvements, innovations and variants
- Team leadership and team development
- Investment and budget planning
Your profile:
- Degree in (business) informatics, completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification, ideally in the food sector
- Experience in the operation and implementation of ERP and CRM systems
- Goal-oriented and independent way of working
- Extensive understanding of IT processes
- convincing technical know-how in the areas of Windows Client & Server, databases, networks and telecommunications
- Experience in project work
- Service orientation, strong communication skills, structured and goal-oriented way of working
