Job Description

We develop high-performance analog interfaces including ADC/DAC for mixed-signal SoC ASICs in automotive sensor modules.

• During your internship, you will support the development and assessment of innovative signal evaluation and processing concepts with a focus on leading edge realization.
• You will evaluate new frontend concepts with MATLAB/Simulink.
• Furthermore, you will simulate the frontend circuit with Cadence (transistor-level, Verilog-A model).
• Last but not least, you will measure the frontend.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of  Electrical Engineering or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: knowledge of transistor-level design, experience in MATLAB/Simulink, Cadence desirable
• Personality and Working Practice: fun working in a team and familiarizing yourself with new topics
• Languages: good in English 

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 - 12 months (if the total duration of the internship exceeds 6 months, confirmation as a compulsory internship is required for the entire period in accordance with the SPO)
