Coterie is looking for a savvy social media manager with 3-5 years of experience to help them foster, nurture, and engage with their parent-powered social community.

This role involves developing strategies that drive meaningful connections with our community, support our brand identity and values, and increase brand love and loyalty.
What you’ll do
As a Social Media Manager for Coterie, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Publishing content to their social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), updating brand and content calendars regularly, working with copywriters, etc
- Own, monitor, and address customer support inquiries for social channels promptly using the Kustomer platform in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Act as a partner to the CX team to maintain community inquiries across social for a consistent and effective customer experience.
- Actively engage with their social media audience, influencers, and ambassador partners to build engagement and brand affinity
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated history of hitting and surpassing social media growth goals
- A keen sense of emerging social platforms and their potential for us as a brand
- An understanding of how to build customer relationships with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, etc.)
- Ability to communicate the brand and its positioning in a way that caters to each social app and platform
- Ability to capture content in ways that feel engaging and native
- A genuine interest in the baby space a parent-first community
- Experience with Asana, DashHudson, and Kustomer (or equivalents) is a plus.
