We are looking to recruit a skilled Account Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue through renewals and upsells within SAI360 existing customer base to achieve our Net Retention and Gross Retention goals.

A successful Account Manager will be highly consultative and customer-oriented, pairing solutions that meet and or exceed our client’s ethics and compliance objectives. They serve as a relationship manager and strategic advisor to the client:

· Keep clients informed of what is new in the industry and at SAI360

· Understand what is new within the client’s organization and identify where growth opportunities are available

· Act as liaison between internal teams, particularly new business sales, client delivery teams, and product management to enable effective client implementations, escalate opportunities for growth or client experience improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute a consultative retention and upsell/cross-sell process from opportunity identification, through negotiation of renewal agreement, to successful closure to meet quarterly and annual sales goals;

· Strategically manage the client program through ongoing client collaboration; develop a deep understanding of clients’ ethics and compliance business requirements and share best practice recommendations to drive continual program improvement and secure contract renewal;

· Assist clients in the definition and design of ethics and compliance program strategies, curriculum, communications, and implementation plans;

· Deliver timely response to requests for information (RFI) and proposal (RFP) for renewal opportunities;

· Responsible for onboarding of new assigned customers, partner with Project Management team on program execution and delivery;

· Track customer satisfaction status, understand risks and escalate customer feedback proactively and in a timely manner;

· Maintain accurate account and opportunity information in Salesforce.com , including pipeline, monthly forecasts and customer satisfaction status;

· Represent SAI360 as a thought leader in the compliance and risk management industries while providing critical market perspective and feedback to SAI leadership;

· Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on compliance and risk management market developments and trends provide internal feedback and recommendations;

· Work effectively in a home office environment, while being comfortable traveling to meet onsite with clients (when required/applicable), in addition to attending occasional meetings onsite in our US-based offices.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

· Extensive experience as a software/services sales professional with a track record that aligns closer to existing business and renewals/upsells or equivalent experience;

· Proven experience renewing multi-year, subscription-based SaaS products;

· Ability to present and demonstrate the benefits of using SAI360 software and affiliated services to potential clients, becoming well-versed in our core solution offerings;

· Strong business acumen and confidence/comfort meeting with and selling to senior executives – C-Level, general counsel, attorneys, compliance directors, etc.;

· Adept ability to create strong customer relationships and leverage them for cross-sell opportunities, with expert sales process management skills;

· General understanding of E-Learning solutions, business ethics and compliance or GRC challenges, and/or standards and regulations within corporate markets – strongly preferred;

· Basic technical ability with Microsoft Office 365 products, Salesforce.com , LinkedIn / other social media platforms, and remote meeting tools.

Interpersonal Skills:

· Fluent German speaking;

·Confident personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills;

· Self-motivated and reliable with a strong independent work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset;

· Complex problem-solving ability with a solutions-oriented focus;

· Ability to cultivate relationships with strategic client-base and advise on industry insights, best practices and strategy;

· Strong sales process management skills (e.g. Value-based Selling, Miller Heimann);

· Mature, polished business acumen rooted in years of client-facing experience;

· Disciplined time and territory management skills;

· Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team where open, collaborative communication is expected.
