Job description
For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space we are looking for a "A400M Retrofit and MRO Manufacturing Engineering" (m/f/d) in temporary employment as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
Technical Support:
- Responsible of technical support of the A/C events
- Technical focal point with AMTAC/Engineering and CAMO
- Service Request creation and follow up
- Industrial impact/feasibility analysis of the repair/technical solutions
- Technical concurrence with Engineering for repair processes
- Definition and optimization of manufacturing processes taking into account technical and economic aspects
- Interaction with all manufacturing and support areas including finance, customer and program management office
- Lead future-oriented projects
Industrialization:
- Responsible of industrialization and support to prepare the incoming A/C events to ensure a good transfer when A/C event starts
- Creation and maintenance neutral plan in the systems: structure, routes, work orders
- Stablish Configuration Control methodology
- Stablish neutral Build Process for Retrofit, Maintenance and Upgrades
- Definition and optimization of manufacturing processes taking into account technical and economic aspects
- Interaction with all manufacturing and support areas including finance, customer and program management office
- Lead future-oriented projects
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Good Experience in aircraft maintenance and Technical Support
- Ideally knowledge of the A400M Aircraft
- Solid Manufacturing / Manufacturing Engineering knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Knowledge of A400M TOOLS (OPAL, DOGS, AIRN@V) is desirable
- Business fluent in English
- German knowledge is an advantage
