For our IT department, we are looking for an IT Support (m/f/d) in the Retail area at the Munich location as soon as possible

IT Support (m/f/d) Retail

Your task

• Daily responsibility for service escalations of 1st and 2nd line teams
• Role as IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) / Technical Expert (m/f/d) / IT Administrator (m/f/d) for our Retail division
• Supporting the service department in the introduction of new solutions in the stores as well as in the installation and maintenance of POS systems, laptops, iPads and user administration
• Assistance with the introduction of ITSM tools and processes for the retail sector
• Support the provision of data for the reporting of KPIs
• Collaborate with global teams and colleagues within the IT organization and collaborate on projects as needed

Your profile

• Degree in IT, business informatics or comparable training
• Excellent communication skills in German
• Skills in dealing with various stakeholders
• Flexibility to find creative solutions to problems when needed
• Approach and analytical mindset
• Strong customer and service orientation
