Cognizant is looking for a Deal Shaper (m/f/d)to join our team in Frankfurt. As a Deal Shaper (m/f/d), you will work with RFx opportunities provided identified for new clients or in existing accounts. For opportunities, you will be responsible for setting up the “virtual solutions team” of the right stakeholders (such as Solution Architects, Domain experts, Business Development, and Delivery). In your first few weeks in this Quality Assurance role, you can expect to:· Contribute to core business development and pre-sales activities and own the narrative to the customer Work and align with roles as Client Partners, Delivery leads, Service Line specialists, etc Identify customer problems and map back to offerings and capabilities and bring the solution towards great success. To succeed in this flexible role, you will need to speak the language of Quality Assurance. Be across best practices and trends and be knowledgeable about all phases of the software development life cycle and methodologies. You will also require the following: A track record coordinating teams and driving deliverables to completion· Innovation and consultancy mindset Experience working with local, multicultural teams Good in soft skills such as communication, client relations, and team teamwork Proficient in German and English language skills.
