We are looking for an HR Trainee / HR Project Officer who works closely with our Global HR Director and HR team to support the planning execution and management of HR projects and initiatives. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about HR eager to learn and have a strong desire to contribute to the growth and development of the organization.
Tasks
- Collaborate with the Global HR Director and HR team to plan execute and manage a variety of HR projects
- Take ownership of specific HR projects leading them from conception to successful completion. This includes presenting to involved stakeholders.
- Contribute to our commitment to ESG principles with a particular focus on labor practices and human rights
- Serve as a key support and assistant to the Global HR Director in various HRrelated tasks and responsibilities
- Assist in keeping the HR team organized on track and prepared for upcoming projects and initiatives
- Assisting with the coordination and facilitation of HRrelated training programs and workshops
- Prepare engaging presentations for the Global HR Director
- Actively participating in crossfunctional projects and initiatives to gain exposure to different areas of the organization
Requirements
- Masters or Bachelors in International Business Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Prior experience in or exposure to HR (e.g. through internships or HR roles) or prior experience with setting up labor practices and human rights policies (e.g. through projects or thesis) is a pre
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- High degree of independence and selfmotivation coupled with the ability to work effectively in oneonone and team settings
- Proactive problemsolving skills and a handson approach to challenges
- Confident in expressing your perspective and contributing to discussions
- Demonstrates cultural adaptability and an ability to work effectively in diverse environments
- Fluent in English
