Data Privacy Specialist (f/m/d)

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile
- First and Second German State Exam (“Volljurist”) or studies in Business law with good results (minimum: “Befriedigend”)
- Relevant experience with at least 2 years in Data Protection field or similar
- Business relevant topics in Bachelor and Master Thesis would be an avantage
- Additional qualifications like CIPP or CIPM are highly welcome
- Good understanding of business constellations and the technical design of products in the Automotive Business and willigness to continue to learn
- Specialized expertise in Data Protection
- Team player with strong communication skills
- People person, interested and talented in leadership - power to drive things and embrace change
- Cultural awareness and ability to quickly build a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages would be an advantage

Your tasks
- Prepare and impose internal guidelines, policies and regulations and roll-out a compliance training program at MPE
- Review and adjust internal processes, wherever needed
- Initiate MPE Data Protection System & compliance improvements as a person-in-charge in coordination with the Pan-EU General Legal Counsel
- Coordinate the group of specialists working on Data Protection in PDCs
- Conduct Data Protection investigations
- Research updates and provide internal presentations within the scope of expertise
- Conduct internal training sessions on legal topics
- Provide support and guidence on general Data Protection topics
