• Contribute to improve and maintain our knowledge base (Sharepoint data, Training Library, Archives)
• Identify and map relevant processes.
• Ensure that processes are in compliance with our quality requirements.
• Create and improve user guides.
• Maintain the supplier information database.
• Support operational activities (monitoring stock, purchases deliveries, supplier communication, collect data, KPI set up)

• Very good Microsoft 365 knowledge, SAP is a plus
• Fluent in English, other language skills e.g., German or French are welcome

The internship should last 6 to 12 months, 40 weekly hours, office presence is required for at least 3 days a week in our Hamburg office.
