About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive (AE) to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of Salesforce's Digital Experience solutions. As an Account Executive, Digital AE, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing deals with new and existing customers, helping them achieve their digital transformation goals through the strategic implementation of Salesforce's Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud solutions.
Responsibilities - Identify and qualify new leads for Marketing and Commerce Cloud solutions for the retail sector
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential customers, understanding their business objectives and digital transformation challenges.
- Position Salesforce's Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud solutions as the best way to address customers' unique needs and drive business growth.
- Create compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of Salesforce's Digital Experience solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, securing new business and expanding customer relationships.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress and ensuring timely deal closures.
- Provide ongoing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing the value they derive from Salesforce's Digital Experience solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing and ecommerce trends and technologies to effectively advise customers and deliver innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an AE or Sales Representative in the technology industry, with a proven track record of success in identifying, developing, and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce principles, including customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce's Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud solutions, with the ability to articulate their benefits and applications to potential customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels, from technical experts to business decision-makers.
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure new business and expand customer relationships.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious goals.
