In our service team, we are seeking dedicated team players who are eager to actively shape our future. As a Business Manager (m/f/d) Service at Nova, you will lead the ongoing service business for CMD to ensure the fulfillment of the service strategy – encompassing revenue, Value-Added Services (VAS), market penetrations, and key account activities in the regions.
Role Responsibilities:
- Define, design and align on customers and accounts activities together with the field and GBG service and sales team.
- Accountable for CMD service Revenue worldwide.
- Lead all delivery and operational processes to ensure on time requirements.
- Ensure full alignment and execution with CMD departments on all activities.
- Gather competitive intelligence on competitors and OEM partners.
- Provide technical pre-sale support and expertise for CMD solutions.
- Represent the voice of the customer by providing the technical inputs from the field.
- Manage customer requirements, creating quotations and specifications documents.
- Forecasting, revenue and ongoing customer Business related activities.
- Work closely with the HQ Global Service Business Operations teams for monthly/ quarterly revenue closing, customer forecast and communicate risks.
- Work closely with the Service engineers, manage service call fulfilment, safety stock follow up, and re-ordering from HQ.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Management, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of proven experience in a technical role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
- Commercial mindset with a strong orientation towards customer satisfaction.
- Advanced Excel skills, showcasing the ability to work with complex data sets.
- Must have knowledge of ERP systems; ERP Priority is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, including international travel.
