We are seeking a
highly skilled and motivated paralegal to join our legal team and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in legal research, drafting legal documents, and administrative tasks. Your task
- Preparation of legal documents (board of directors/shareholder(s) meetings regarding day-to-day matters)
- Arrangement, drafting and coordination of documentation for board meetings
- Supporting in set-up, corporate maintenance, and liquidation of companies
- Handling and coordination of KYC requests together with the group KYC team, and AML tasks such as RBE filings
- Filing of changes with the Luxembourg trade and companies register
- Assisting with documents management, including organizing and maintaining legal files
Your profile
- Ability to work and succeed in a multi-cultural environment
- 3 years of Luxembourg experience in a Law firm, fiduciary, or a fund
- Relevant experience handling corporate secretary, or full life cycle and administration of Luxembourg entities
- Preference for a Legal degree
- English and French are compulsory, German is a plus
- Highly organized, proactive with great attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of applications, particulary Word
- Capacity to work independently on own initiative
- Clear communicator
