Helicopter Design Engineer (Freelance) **EU CITIZENS ONLY**
€60 - €70 / Hour
Calden, Germany
12 Month Contract
Join our clients team in the pursuit of engineering excellence as they embark on an exciting project to develop state of the art Helicopter equipment. They are currently seeking a talented individual with expertise in gearbox and rotor controls concept studies, coupled with a keen interest in meeting airframe demands and conducting feasibility studies.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate on concept studies for gearboxes and rotor controls.
Participate in meetings with airframe stakeholders to assess workload requirements.
Lead feasibility studies to ensure project viability.
Oversee the design and development of landing gear, ensuring completion by the designated deadline in October.
Requirements:
Proficiency in CAD systems such as Creo or Catia.
Experience in gearbox and control systems design.
Familiarity with airframe and aircraft structure principles.
EU citizenship and eligibility for military-level security clearance.
