LOCATION: POTSDAM / BERLIN - GERMANY

PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or completed commercial apprenticeship
- Minimum 1 year of customer support experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office and customer database software (MS Navision, MS CRM)
- Very good written and spoken German and English, ideally good knowledge of another foreign language (French, Italian)
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer service mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Willingness to travel
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recording of customer orders including creation of order confirmations, shipping documents, invoices and credit notes
- Answering general customer enquiries
- Maintaining the customer database
- Monitoring orders to ensure compliance with delivery times and supply chains
- Recording and documenting customer complaints and requests and tracking instrument repairs
- Interface with various internal departments including Sales, Accounting, Shipping, Technical Service and Production
- Interface between German and British logistics centers
