What you'll do You will take responsibility of developing and implementing virtual commissioning tests for machinery and equipment Crafting virtual environments and models for system simulation and virtual testing will be part of your role, ensuring functionality and performance verification Your support will be crucial in integrating virtual test results into physical equipment commissioning, along with providing training to staff on utilizing virtual testing methods and tools Collaborating closely with engineers, technicians, and project managers, you'll clarify technical requirements, devise virtual testing plans, and pinpoint and resolve issues You'll lead the charge in driving continuous advancement of virtual testing methods and techniques to enhance efficiency and accuracy, while also documenting test results and generating reports Who you are You have a completed education or degree in engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field Your relevant experience in virtual commissioning of machines and equipment sets you apart Creating virtual environments and models for simulating various test platforms or simulation programs is among your skills You have a strong grasp of control and automation systems, particularly with knowledge of Siemens and/or Allen Bradley systems An analytical mindset, adept problem-solving skills, and effective communication and presentation abilities are what you'll bring to the team
