Your mission

You are the first point of contact for incidents and service requests as part of 1st level and 2nd level support (user helpdesk) and are the calling card of the IT Infrastructure & Service Operations department. You inspire our employees with the highest service quality right from the start.

Your tasks

• Ensuring 1st level and 2nd level support for inquiries and error messages
• Independently developing and resolving incidents or forwarding them to 3rd level support and manufacturer support
• Support with administration and maintenance of hardware and software
• Collaboration in change management
• Support for employees in IT issues (hardware and software) and interface function to internal departments
• Support for hardware (notebooks, desktop computers, mobile devices, printers), software and in-house developments
• Participation in the further development of projects relating to our IT landscape
• Installing new hardware and software for users
• User administration in Active Directory

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of hardware and software
• Experience in the field of IT support
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Windows client / server environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/Teams administration
• Experience in working with a ticket system desirable
• High service and service orientation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Good German and English skills round off your profile
