The company offers a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities: short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of their vehicles available for sale.
THE ROLE
Indie Campers, is looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for their depot in Halle – Leipzig . You’ll be the face of the company, reporting directly to the DACH – Operations Area Manager, with the goal of ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining the company’s fleet of campervans in top condition, and taking ownership of all issues that need to be managed to guarantee smooth operation of the depot.

Your Responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outs;
- Taking care of the fleet, logistics, and making sure the campervans are maintained in top condition;
- Booking activities control, manage stock, local suppliers and cleaning services;
- Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issue that may arise to make sure operations run smoothly;
- Preparing and cleaning the campervans;
- Maintaining the campervans in top condition and monitoring maintenance and repairing needs;
- Assisting in reselling campervans, preparing and showing them to prospective buyers.

Your Profile
- You are a travel enthusiast with an aptitude for direct contact with customers, with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car being desirable;
- You’re fluent in English (mandatory);
- You’re eligible to work in Germany, have a valid driver’s license and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory);
- You’re available to work weekends with Tuesday and Wednesday off.
- You’re a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
- You’re well-organized and you’re good at solving problems.
