Information Security Manager (f/m/d) Helps. Cares. Protects. Verstärken Sie unser Team als Information Security Manager (f/m/d) DEU-Heidenheim Your area of responsibility: Lead the implementation, roll-out, and ongoing development of our Information Security Management System (ISMS), regarding Business Continuity Management and Risk Management Conduct thorough risk analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats Produce detailed risk analysis reports, providing actionable insights for risk mitigation Manage all aspects of BCM, including overseeing topics and conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA). Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the effective roll-out of BCM initiatives. Take a role in emergency planning efforts, ensuring the creation and maintenance of robust emergency plans Conduct Tabletop Exercises to assess and enhance the organization's emergency response capabilities Regularly update emergency plans to align with evolving threats and organizational changes Collaborate closely with other Information Security Managers to strengthen the overall Information Security Management System Foster collaboration in developing and implementing BCM and emergency planning initiatives What we look for: A completed degree in computer science, information security, or a comparable qualification is required. Ideally several years of professional experience in the field of information security. Knowledge in areas such as network security, encryption, firewalls, and security protocols is a plus Experience in applying standards such as ISO 27001 and BSI Basic Protection is expected.
