As a small but rapidly expanding company, we are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Key Account Manager to join their team and contribute to their continued success.
Job Description:
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing retail accounts in Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director, learning from their expertise, and contributing to the growth of the business. You will be an integral part of a friendly and passionate team, collaborating to deliver exceptional service to brands and retail clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts [mainly MSH] in Germany.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services to clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement strategic account plans.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall mutual success of the brands, retailers and business.
Who we are looking for;
- Proven experience in key account management in a retail setting, ideally with MSH/MediaMarket
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills under the mentorship of the Sales Director.
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
