Job content Maintain and support our Internet / TV / Fixed voice services : act on alerts, incident and customer issues Troubleshoot and lead technical customer complaints investigations in order to restore service and guarantee Quality and Customer Experience targets Manage incident communication and proceed with needed troubleshooting actions Assist external teams in provisioning Telecom services as needed Act on reported alarm in our environment (Fixed & Mobile network, Broadband and TV) Report incident / problems / statistics deviation Perform basic device tests before commercial launch Document processes and troubleshooting actions for the rest of the team Profile Hold a degree in telecommunication - Bachelor certificate required or similar professional experience Previous telecommunications experience on TV, VoIP, Broadband, FTTH, Cloud-PBX, or mobile networks Follow-up skills - must be diligent to track open items and chase down responses on open issues. Good communication skills, French and English is mandatory. Knowledge in Osix / Kalix tools will be appreciated If at the end of the process your application is successful, you will be asked for a criminal record.
