Your responsibilities as an ERP & DMS Application Manager will encompass providing support and supervision for applications related to the domain of return logistics. Your active partnership with the Engineering Team and internal stakeholders will play a crucial role in tackling and resolving technical issues.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Managing ERP & DMS applications, ensuring they meet business needs and are set up for optimal performance.
- Serving as a primary contact for business users and stakeholders, providing ERP & DMS guidance.
- Collaborating with business units and stakeholders to pinpoint and prioritize business needs and translating them for development.
- Overseeing and coordinating software releases, guaranteeing they are delivered timely, as per specifications, and with high quality.
- Creating and keeping up technical documentation, which comprises user guides, system manuals, and technical specifications.
- Handling external partner communication and maintaining control over focus companies and applications.
Requirements
- A recognized degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields, or a proven track record in business application management.
- Strong grasp of cross-departmental organizational processes.
- Experience with Navision & BC 365 or similar business apps.
- Knowledge of T-SQL and experience with relational database systems.
- A strong inclination towards data, numbers, and their analysis.
- Pragmatic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused approach, characterized by quick comprehension and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development processes.
- Notable skills in documentation and organization.
- Strong German and English skills.
