Job Description
- As a system architect in an inertial sensor group with focus on MEMS gyroscopes for automotive applications you have the chance of being responsible for the accomplishment of highly complex development tasks. The spectrum is wide covering from: system design to verification, meeting the deadlines as well as achieving the cost targets.
- Working closely with our customers to evaluate the different concept options, define the requirements and improve the performance of our sensors is also part of your task portfolio.
- You drive actively decisions in a wide variety of topics including the use of the different required Technologies.
- Furthermore, you coordinate and organize different development teams to achieve the development milestones.
- Also, you work with interdisciplinary teams on the overall product development together with customer, purchasing, circuit development, MEMS technology, MEMS design, metrology, simulation, design, manufacturing and ensuring quality management. At this you apply complex Measurement technology, conduct extensive data analysis and compare the results with system simulations
- Finally, you coordinate the assembly of different Prototypes, autonomously perform analysis and based on the result, if necessary, you develop concepts to optimize the design of the components.
Qualifications
- Education: completed university degree (Masters/Diploma/PhD) in microsystems, microelectronics, electrical engineering, physics, computer science or an equivalent subject
- Experience and Knowledge: deep technical understanding; experience in measurement techniques and in microsystems simulation; experience in MEMS and microsystems technic
- Personality and Working Practice: motivated, well-organized, coordinative, proactive, self-motivated, team player, strong communication skills, keep the focus on the target even in difficult situations, enjoy sharing knowledge
- Enthusiasm: enjoys sharing know-how and passion in the team for improving the enjoyment of working in the team
- Languages: fluent in English written and spoken, German is a plus
