IT System Supporter (m/f/d)

Location: Norderstedt

Super tasks:

• Supporting colleagues in customer care and consultants with professional or technical challenges in our service processes
• Coordinating the interface functions between our own systems and our customers' ERP systems
• Taking over the error analysis in the system and cooperation with colleagues in the specialist departments and contact persons of the housing industry system houses
• Driving forward the optimization of our processes and program functions with an eye for detail
• Important contribution to the further and new development of products and functions as well as project work in collaboration with team colleagues
• Creation of requirements for optimization, further and new development
• Independent, recipient-oriented and cross-team transfer of knowledge on innovations to colleagues and customers
• Supporting the Head of Customer Care in important technical, procedural and organizational coordination with other departments, customers and system houses

Super prerequisites:

• Commercial or technical training (or completed studies to become a business administrator) ideally in the housing/energy industry or the heat metering industry
• Initial experience in the area of application support/IT support
• Curious and committed to acquiring new knowledge and new subject areas
• Professional expertise and openness that is valued by colleagues and customers
• Good communication skills to reach colleagues and customers
• Good German and good English skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
