Software Developer Machine Vision – Automatic Inspection (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities.
- You are responsible for the adaptation and further development of image processing algorithms for inspection systems with cameratechnology (GigE Vision interface), sensors, optics, and lighting.
- You determine required components for our visual inspection systems (camera, lighting, lens).
- You take ownership for the integration, commissioning, and functional testing of the inspection systems.
- You carry out troubleshooting activities.
- You prepare feasibility analyses for new samples / requirements of the customer.
Your requirements.
Must haves:
- A university degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, computer vision or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in a comparable position in image processing or in the field of machine vision or computer vision.
- Sound knowledge in automation, ideally in industrial image processing (optics, camera, lighting).
- Experience with common image processing systems (preferably MVTec Halcon).
- Fluency in English and good German knowledge, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of SEMI standards.
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum) in software development.
