Voor een klant in de banksector zijn we op zoek naar Nederlandstalige Customer Service Advisors. Je komt terecht op een project waar nauwkeurigheid een absolute must is. Op deze afdeling zal je vragen van creditcardhouders behandelen en zorgen voor de veiligheid en bescherming van klantgegevens.
Voor dit project moet je beveiligingsprocedures rond gevoelige gegevens kunnen handhaven maar wij leren je alles aan tijdens de betaalde training.
Wat ga je doen?
Wie zoeken we? Bij voorkeur heb je reeds ervaring in een callcenter, sociale vaardigheden en een positieve instelling. Je beschikt alsook over minimaal een professioneel Bachelor werk- en denkniveau met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
