Senior Product Solution Manager for Medical and Pharma (d/f/m) page is loaded
Your role
As a Senior Product Solution Manager (m/f/x) in the Sales department, you will be involved in a goal-oriented manner every day. You will be responsible for the comprehensive software, service and hardware solutions in the field of medical technology and pharmaceuticals for ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions. To this end, you will define and promote a standardized product portfolio in the field of medical technology and pharmaceuticals as well as coordinate this closely with the software and hardware development departments. The positioning of the solution, the support of the global sales organization as well as the training of internal and external customers round off the job profile. In addition, you can expect the following tasks, among others:
2nd level support for the global sales and service centers about regulated markets (medical technology and pharmaceuticals)
Development and implementation of a global "go to market" strategy including preparation and implementation of trade fairs and online events
Definition of marketing materials and creation of argumentation chains
Creation of a sales tool kit and supporting customer meetings
Managing/ drive "early customer tests" and feedback rounds with key customers
Initiate training concepts and coordinate globally
Constant benchmarking of competitors
Collect and prioritize customer requirements for further development
Responsible for pricing and offer structure
Active interface between sales, marketing, service, applications and product development
Your profile
Successfully completed scientific (technical) university studies (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration)
at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of regulated industries and software solutions in the field of manufacturing and quality control in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries
in-depth knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements, e.g., FDA CFR Part 11, ISO 13485:2016, GxP or similar
Relevant experience about installation qualification (IQ) and operational qualification (OQ) including documentation according to V-model
practical experience in project management of holistic solutions hardware and software
analytical skills and creativity as well as communication skills and organizational talent in an international environment
very good knowledge of spoken and written English and German
High willingness for international travel
