Customer support officer / Call center Executive
Process:
Insurance Verification Process.

Responsibilities :
Making outbound calls and resolving queries.
Provide Back end services to Clients
Engaged in handling outbound calls of different business Units.
End to End Transaction of Reports.
Would be engaged in Shared Services of BPO Unit.

Eligibility :
Should be flexible to work in shifts.
Strong Verbal command over English .
Graduate fresher's in any stream can appear , should have a flair for communication
Shifts : US Timings
Free Transportation provided.
Work Location : Coimbatore

Job description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To provide excellent Customer Service
• Calling the insurance carriers to get insurance benefits of the patients. status of claims.
• denial management and account receivables
• Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement
• Maintaining daily productivity and quality targets.
• Communicate in a professional manner with customers at all times.
• Work cohesively in a team setting. Assist team members to achieve shared goals.
• 5 days working
• 2 days week-off
Skills Needed:
• Excellent Communication in English
• Basic typing skill.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & spreadsheets.
• Proper grammar and spelling in written communications
