As Project Manager at A-Gas, youwill be part of a smallteam who work alongside colleagues from across the business to ensure projects are run to time and to budget, while making optimal use of availableinternal resources.
Scope and Project Types:
- Lead the execution of various project types, including system launches, implementations, process improvements, service rollouts, and commercial opportunities.
- Navigate dynamic environments, ensuring fast-paced project execution while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Foster collaboration across departments and with external stakeholders to achieve seamless project delivery.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience , preferably with a background in Engineering.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies , and the ability to adapt your approach based on project needs.
- Exceptional communication and networking skills , with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
- Active listening and consultative approach , demonstrating genuine interest in understanding others' perspectives.
- Highly adaptable and resilient , able to navigate challenges and embrace new situations with a positive attitude.
- Proactive and decisive leader , capable of making well-informed decisions and driving projects to completion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills , ensuring adherence to deadlines and project milestones.
- Advanced written and verbal English language skills are essential. German language skills are beneficial.

Additional information: This is a 12 months contract position. There is a hybrid working environment with regular days in the office and travelling to A-Gas locations within Europe involved.
