Subcontracting Coördinator

Within the Subcontracting department, you are responsible for the daily follow up of the production that is outsourced to our subcontractors. You are first and foremost the liaison officer between our Customer Services in Europa and beyond, our production departments, and our subcontractors in various European countries. You coordinate the customer order processing between these parties from A to Z. You are responsible for:

  1. Masterdata creation in SAP
  2. Placing the required purchase orders with our production plants and subcontractors
  3. Monitoring the inventory of components that is stored at the subcontractors
  4. Regular reporting and monitoring of a set of KPIs
  5. Designing, implementing, and improving administrative procedures within the department

You have had a first experience as a (technical) customer service or inside sales employee or you worked in a production or logistic department before. You are familiar with ERP systems, experience with SAP and/or subcontracting and outsourcing of production is a plus. You are an expert in MS Excel and master all other common MS Office applications. Any experience with the MS Power Platform or VBA is a bonus. You are professionally proficient, both in speaking and in writing, in English (level 4 or C1/C2). Any knowledge of Dutch, French and/or German are welcome. You can thrive in a very dynamic international working environment. You are eager to learn and very driven. You pay a lot of attention to detail and aim to come forward with the most efficient and customer oriented solutions. You take initiative and operate proactively upon changing circumstances. You are a teamplayer. You can empathize with the interests of the various stakeholders that are invested in the project and always try to find a compromise.
