As a Customer Success Manager*, you will ensure the further development of our existing customers in a spirit of partnership. You develop customer visions, define clear business goals and a success plan to achieve them.

THIS IS IT
- You understand the business processes, challenges and goals of your customers and show perspectives.
- You are a sparring partner for our customers and advise them on an equal footing.
- You recognize critical situations and manage de-escalation together with the customer and the GMS team.
- You represent GMS at conferences and events.
- You develop new cross-selling and upselling potential as part of the team.
- You actively support the continuous improvement of our sales process and design suitable campaigns with the marketing team.
THIS IS YOU
- You have an affinity for technology and software and ideally have experience with cloud-based solutions.
- You can inspire customers and motivate supporting teams.
- Your way of working is independent, proactive and results-oriented.
- You are a team player and enjoy new challenges.
- We require business fluent German and English as well as experience with MS Office.
- Ideally, you have a degree in economics or information technology or a comparable professional qualification.
