What you'll do
- As a Process Manager you will play an active role in the global KNAUF IT transformation: you will be driving the design and continuous improvement of KNAUF Sales and Pricing solutions in close collaboration with business partners and global process owners
- Analysis of business requirements, consultation on the optimization of Order-to-Cash processes, and design of proper IT-based solutions to meet availability and quality targets
- You define technical specifications for SW development (standards, design patterns, test cases, scenarios) and manage the life cycle of designed solutions
- Leadership or assisting roll-out and improvement projects in the area of Sales and Pricing and support demand and change management as a member of the change advisory board
- You will actively scan for relevant innovations and new technologies to suggest further opportunities to improve Order-to-Cash processes and support a smart procurement approach
Who you are
- Significant experience in the design, implementation, and improvement of IT-based order-to-cash processes in international organizations (in-house or external)
- You have excellent know-how in SAP-SD and basic knowledge in related SAP modules (LE-TRA, MM, PP, QM, FI), S/4 Hana experience is beneficial
- Good mix of competencies in business process, project, and service management concepts and tools, e.g. SAP ASAP, SAP Solution Manager, ITIL, SCRUM – ideally supplemented by certifications
- You have an engaging way of communicating with colleagues in IT and stakeholders in the business at all hierarchy levels, as well as a solid balance of a “can do”-attitude and a passion for actively driving changes at KNAUF
- Openness to travel occasionally to KNAUF sites on all continents
