Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

What your background should look like:

Wir suchen ab sofort Ferienhelfer (m/w/d) für unseren Standort Calw in verschiedenen Produktions- oder Office-Bereichen im Zeitraum: Juni 2023 bis Ende September 2023.

Aufgaben Produktion:
• Unterstützende Helfertätigkeiten in verschiedenen Produktionsbereichen, wie z.B. Montage, Kunststoffspritzguss, Stanzerei, Lager

Ihr Hintergrund:

• Mindestalter 18 Jahre
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (je nach Bereich)

Aufgaben Office:

• Administrative Unterstützung in verschiedenen Office Bereichen, wie z.B. Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Standard Work Instructions, Änderungen von Dateien (je nach technischen Vorkenntnissen) sowie Stammdatenpflege

Ihr Hintergrund:

• Mindestalter 18 Jahre
• Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
• MS Office Kenntnisse von Vorteil
