Job description
Join our team at the Munich Garching office as an Office Administrator, where your efforts are key to keeping our workspace impeccable and our customer service top-notch.
Accommodates visitors, internal and external clients • Cooperates with other internal departments, such as IT, Security, HR, Financial, etc • Answer questions and address complaints • Acts as point of contact for various office suppliers, such as: post, shipping and mailing companies, office supplies, consumables and equipment, utilities providers, cleaning companies, etc.; • Coordinates conference room bookings and appointments • Record, file and track all outgoing and incoming courier and sort mail • Manages all matters pertaining to office appearance and utilities • Prepares the workplace arrangements for the new employees • Monitors the space occupancy and utilization and coordinates movements or space reconfiguration and reorganization within the office together with the OPR Manager • Conducts the inventory process in the office • Cooperate with OPR Manager on local facility • Issuing keys to employees and visitors • Order office supplies • Maintaining internal RE&F Systems and processing of invoices • Ad hoc duties as required and directed by your line manager
Must have
Organisational Skills, Multitasking, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Communication Skills
Nice to have
previous experience in a similar role, corporate working experience
