Role & Main Tasks
- Support the team with data analysis tasks: Collaborate with experienced professionals to assist in various data analysis tasks and projects.
- Develop Data-driven Optimization Models: Utilize Python to create optimization models aimed at minimizing costs and reducing CO2 emissions, contributing to our commitment to sustainable practices.
- Commercial and Technical Analysis: Gain familiarity with the commercial and technical aspects of energy markets, focusing on standard balancing products like aFRR and mFRR. Analyze revenue potential in diverse markets.
- Contribute to International Projects: Collaborate with multicultural teams on international projects, bringing your analytical skills to contribute to overall project success.
Qualifications
- University Enrollment: Currently enrolled at a university, preferably in a field related to Data Science, Mathematics, or Information Systems.
- Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with strong logical and analytical skills, demonstrating a keen ability to interpret and present data insights.
- Energy Market Understanding: A good understanding of energy markets is advantageous.
- Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in Python, a background in modeling and optimization programming is a plus.
- Team Collaboration: Highly cooperative with a genuine team player mindset.
- Intercultural Adaptability: Versatile in an international environment, with an awareness of intercultural differences.
- Language Proficiency: Business fluent in English.
