Job Description
- Ensuringexecution, coordination, and continuous improvement of R&D controlling processes including data collection, data validation, data consolidation, reports preparation for RB GmbH (headquarter) of division XC (Cross-Domain Computing Solution);
- Acting responsible within the central entity controlling team (XC/CTG-DE) located in Germany (Stuttgart, Hildesheim) and Romania (Timisoara) for several R&D processes (MBR, CF, BP);
- Coordinatingand assumingthe governance function over the R&D process in RB GmbH;
- Being responsible for continuous development of the RB GmbH R&D reporting landscape;
- Investigating/ validating/ researching of new R&D tools/dashboards develop inside the Bosch organization, understand them and offers further trainings about them to the R&D stakeholders in the organization;
- Acting responsible for the Interaction/ communication and coordination of stakeholders in several R&D departments;
- Ensuringexecution, coordination of OOIE controlling processes including data collection, data validation, data consolidation, reports preparation for RB GmbH (headquarter) of division XC (Cross-Domain Computing Solution);
- Presenting regularly to the stakeholders (business units responsible, managers, central function responsible etc.) the R&D and OOIE results together with the colleagues in RB GmbH who are responsible for other P&L positions;
- Creatingother smaller reports in the area of project costs invoicing between RB entities, real estate reports about buildings in Germany;
- Being responsible of any other tasks related toarea of responsibility requested by direct superior or by business.
Qualifications
- University degree – Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Economics, Mathematics or Informatics;
- Minimum 2 years experience requested in controlling, purchasing or finance area;
- Advanced computer skills - MS Office, especially Excel and good understanding of SAP various modules; Any other basic knowledge of Macros, Power BI would be a plus;
- Advanced English skills (spoken and written), any other language would be an advantage;
- Systematic, precise and self-organized working style;
- Structured, careful and analytical way of working;
- Team player and ability to work in a flexible way, resilient;
- Reliable and efficient concerning due dates;
- A well-developed approach to problem solving and decision making;
- High customer and service orientation in international environment with high communication skills;
- Willingness to travel and to work in an intercultural environment.
